Ask AI for Ideas — Ask AI integration for employee idea management

The Ideas app now has a dedicated Ask AI agent that understands the full ideas lifecycle. Employees can search ideas, view campaign details, submit new ideas, upvote or retract votes, and leave comments — all through a natural conversation. Reviewers and admins get additional capabilities: managing the review queue, scoring submissions, moving ideas through workflow stages, and pulling campaign analytics. All actions route through the existing Ideas permission and workflow rules, so role boundaries are fully enforced.

Use case: A product manager asks Ask AI to show all high-scored ideas in the "Q3 Roadmap" campaign, then moves the top submission to the next review stage without leaving the chat.

Pulse Surveys — Recurring employee pulse surveys with trend analysis

Surveys can now run as recurring pulse series — scheduled at a set cadence — giving HR and managers a continuous signal on employee sentiment rather than a one-time snapshot. Each pulse round closes automatically, sends reminders to non-responders, and contributes to a trend view that shows how responses shift over time. Admins can publish a results summary to share findings across the team, and anonymous respondents can look up the status of their own submission using a claim code without revealing their identity.

Use case: An HR team runs a monthly wellbeing pulse; after three rounds, they open the trend view to see whether engagement scores have improved following a policy change, then publish the summary to all employees.

Unified Calendar Feed — Shifts, leave, interviews, and meetings in one calendar

The calendar now consolidates events from across the platform — shift assignments, approved leave, scheduled interviews, performance meetings, recruiting checkpoints, and workspace events — into a single coherent feed. Previously, some of these event types required separate views or external syncs to appear together. ICS export (for Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar) is also unified so external calendar subscriptions reflect the complete picture.

Use case: A frontline manager opens the calendar and sees their own shift schedule alongside an upcoming interview they are conducting and an approved leave day, without switching between apps.
