360 Feedback & Outcome Automation via Rules — Automated 360 feedback cycles and review outcome workflows
Performance automation rules now govern all three phases of the employee review lifecycle: performance reviews, 360-degree feedback cycles, and post-review outcomes such as PIPs and development plans. Each rule carries its own kind, trigger, schedule, and template — replacing a patchwork of independent settings with a single, unified rules engine. New schedule triggers include bi-annual (fixed months) and company-wide annual cycles, giving HR teams finer control over when reviews launch across the organization. An AI describe-to-fill bar on the rule form lets admins draft a rule in plain language and have the fields populated automatically before reviewing and saving.
Use case: An HR administrator sets up a rule to automatically launch a 360-degree feedback cycle every six months for all employees who just completed an annual performance review, without manually scheduling each cycle.

Alerts & Broadcasts API: Send Now — Programmatically send emergency alerts and broadcasts immediately
The public REST API for Alerts and Broadcasts now supports immediate dispatch — mirroring the "Send Now" action in the web composer. Previously the API could only create records in draft status; integrations and mobile clients can now trigger a full send in a single call. Both endpoints respect the platform's approval workflow: if an enforced approval policy is active, a non-admin submission is automatically routed for review and the response returns pending_approval status rather than dispatching directly. Audience targeting supports saved audiences, recipient groups, individual user IDs, and inline attribute-based criteria.
Use case: An operations platform detects a safety incident and programmatically fires an emergency alert via the MangoApps API to all employees at the affected location — with SMS and acknowledgement tracking — without any manual steps in the web console.
Available in: Broadcast & Alerts → API → POST /v1/alerts, POST /v1/broadcasts
HRIS Per-Employee Paystubs — Employee-level payroll run data in the HRIS integration data tab
Payroll data synced from connected HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Gusto, Paychex, BambooHR) is now stored and displayed one record per employee per pay period. The previous model held one row per pay-period batch with no employee linkage, making it impossible to answer "what did this person receive in September." The integration data tab now shows a searchable Employee Payroll Runs view with employee name, pay period, check date, gross pay, and net pay. The Employees tab gains a clickable payroll-run count badge that jumps to that employee's pay history, and the Departments tab adds employee counts with drill-down filtering.
Use case: A payroll administrator reviewing a compensation dispute can pull up a specific employee's complete pay history directly from the HRIS integration data tab, filtered by name, without exporting to a spreadsheet.
Available in: Payroll Connect → Admin → Integration → Data Tab → Employee Payroll Runs
