Contracts onboarding (every renewal on the calendar)

The rollout is the register, not the settings. Get every in-force contract on file with a reviewed end date and owner, decide who approves before the first real contract is filed, and put renewals on each owner's calendar — then the first missed-renewal saved pays for the project.

Rolled out to every employee at AutoZone (125,000), PetSmart (50,000+), A.S. Watson and Raley's (20,000) — and at larger retailers we are not permitted to name.

Built for: Professional-services · Healthcare · Hospitality · Facilities-management · Manufacturing · Retail

Frequently asked questions

How long does a Contracts rollout take?

The software is ready the day it is enabled; the pacing item is the register. Gathering the in-force files and having owners check each extracted end date is most of the work — typically two to six weeks depending on how many contracts are in scope and where they live today.

What should be decided before the first contract is imported?

Two things: the legal entity names the company signs as, so each imported contract lands on the right side, and who approves, so the first real contracts do not all queue for an administrator. Both are settings, and both are cheaper to set before an import than to correct after one.

Do we need to import everything on day one?

No. In-force contracts with a renewal or notice date in the next eighteen months are what the app protects. Expired and archived paper can follow once the live register is trusted.
