Yes. With auto-depreciation enabled, assets depreciate straight-line at a configurable annual rate (default 20%) down to a salvage-value floor, and current value updates automatically. Accelerated or double-declining methods are not supported.

Yes. Employees can browse available assets and request them, including through the Ask AI Asset Agent. If assignment approvals are enabled, a manager approves before checkout; otherwise the asset is assigned immediately with full check-in/check-out history.

Yes. Asset Pro syncs devices from Lansweeper, Intune, and Jamf via the device discovery integration, and supports bulk CSV import for both assets and categories.

Yes. Software assets support per-seat, per-device, site-wide, concurrent, perpetual, and subscription license types, with seat allocation to users or devices, compliance status, and configurable subscription-expiry alerts.

Yes. Any asset can carry a barcode or QR value, and Asset Pro auto-detects the symbology (EAN-13, UPC, QR, or Code 128) from the value you enter. You can bulk-print barcode/QR labels for selected assets, then use the mobile scanner lookup to pull up an asset by scanning it — the code resolves against the barcode, asset number, or serial number. Barcode scanning is an admin-toggleable feature.

Procurement handles the buying — purchase orders and their line items. Asset Pro manages what you own after it arrives: each asset can link back to the Procurement PO line item it was created from, then Asset Pro tracks its assignment, maintenance, depreciation, and end-of-life. Use Procurement to purchase equipment and Asset Pro to manage it through its lifecycle.

Yes. Schedule maintenance records per asset with cost tracking and a configurable maintenance interval (default 180 days) that drives overdue reminders. Separately, each asset category can require recurring inspections on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence, and Asset Pro tracks pass rates and overdue-inspection status per asset.

Per-asset warranty alerts go to the asset's current assignee (default window 60 days before expiry), while a weekly warranty digest of everything expiring goes to admin-configured recipients or app admins. Software subscriptions carry their own alert window (default 30 days), and contract and vendor records send renewal notices for warranty, service, lease, and license agreements. All windows are admin-configurable.
