"Other" Write-In Answers in Forms — add an "Other, please specify" option to form questions

Choice questions in Forms can now end with an "Other" option that respondents fill in with their own answer. Form owners turn it on with a switch beside Add option in the builder, and can rename it, for example to "Something else". When a respondent picks it, a text box opens underneath, on desktop, on the phone and on shared public links. The typed answer appears as "Other: …" in responses, exports, PDFs and receipt emails, and show/hide rules can respond to it, so you no longer have to predict every possible answer in advance.

Use case: An HR team asks employees which benefit matters most to them, and someone who picks "Other" types "Commuter support", which then appears in the response export alongside the listed choices.

Onboarding Plans on the Phone for Managers and Mentors — mobile employee onboarding for managers, buddies and HR

The people who help a new hire now get phone pages built for them in Onboarding Hub. From a phone, a manager, mentor, buddy or HR partner can see where the new hire stands and how far the plan has progressed, check what's next (overdue items first) and which check-ins are still to be held, and see who else is on the plan. They can also start Day 1, nudge a hire who owes something, or start a welcome huddle. Scheduled check-ins can be recorded on the phone with a rating, notes and feedback, and links in notifications now open these phone pages instead of a squeezed desktop page.

Use case: A store manager walking the floor on a new hire's first week opens the onboarding notification on their phone, sees one overdue task, nudges the hire and records the end-of-week check-in before the shift ends.
