Request Tracking in Power Tables and Mini Apps — self-service request tracking for employees

Power Tables and the mini apps built on them now support a complete request workflow. A new "Their own rows" access level lets admins give people read access to only the records they submitted, or the records that name them, so an employee can follow their own request without seeing everyone else's. Every record now has its own page with its details, status and history, plus a comment thread where the requester and the team handling it can discuss the request and @mention colleagues. Admins can also choose which fields the Add form asks for, set their order, and show a follow-up question only when an earlier answer calls for it.

Use case: An employee submits a design request through the new Design & Creative Requests template, opens "My requests" to see where it stands, and answers the creative team's question in the record's comment thread instead of sending an email.

Available in: Power Tables → Sharing → Their own rows; Power Tables → Table → Add form; App Builder → Templates → Design & Creative Requests

Download Form Responses to Excel or CSV — export form submissions to a spreadsheet

Admins can now download all the responses to a form as an Excel or CSV file, with one column per question. They can choose which submission statuses to include and limit the download to a date range, and the filtered Submissions list can export full responses for one form or just the selected rows. Answers read the same way as on the printed submission, and questions a viewer is not allowed to see are marked as restricted.

Use case: An operations manager downloads last month's store safety checklists into Excel and compares every location's answers side by side.

Available in: Forms → Form → Download responses; Forms → Submissions → Export

Onboarding Paperwork by Employer, Location and Age — conditional new hire paperwork for multi-entity employers

Onboarding templates can now decide which forms, documents, tasks and checkpoints a new hire receives based on their employing legal entity, their home country and state, the country and state of the location they are joining, or their age band on their start date. A location condition now also covers every site within a chosen region, and every condition can be set to "is" or "is not". This lets organizations with several entities, countries or age-specific rules keep one template instead of many.

Use case: An HR team at a multi-entity employer sends UK tax forms only to hires who live in the UK, and pension forms only to those under State Pension Age, from a single onboarding template.

Available in: Onboarding Hub → Templates → Item → Conditions
