Workspaces on Mobile — Full workspace management from a phone

The Workspaces app now ships dedicated mobile pages for every major surface: the kanban board, hill chart progress tracker, progress update flow, and pinned items. Mobile users can move tasks across columns, update hill chart progress with a note that lands in the workspace history, accept or dismiss incoming proposals, and browse everything pinned to the workspace — all without opening a desktop browser. Previously, the mobile experience showed only a summary of the workspace; the full range of day-to-day actions required switching devices.

Use case: A project lead receives a mobile notification that a scope has stalled. They open Workspaces on their phone, update the hill chart progress, add a note for the team, and pin the updated view — without needing their laptop.

Available in: Workspaces → Board, Hill Charts, Pins (mobile)

Workspace owners and app admins can now link tasks that already exist in the Tasks app into a workspace list. Opening Tasks › Link existing tasks presents a searchable table of open, unattached tasks the viewer may edit; selecting them moves each into the workspace, keeping its title, notes, due date, comments, and history intact. Assignees carry over if they are already workspace members. Previously the only way to bring external tasks into a workspace was to re-enter them manually or import a CSV.

Use case: A manager running a quarterly initiative workspace discovers that several related tasks were already created in the Tasks app by team members. Instead of duplicating them, they link those tasks directly into the workspace list in one step.

Available in: Workspaces → Tasks card → ⋯ → Link existing tasks

Power Table Rows on the Workspace Canvas — See live tracker data without leaving the workspace

Embedded Power Tables on the workspace canvas can now display a saved view's rows inline — up to ten rows and six columns — so teams can monitor tracker data at a glance from the workspace itself. Owners choose between "Quick link only" (the previous default, unchanged for existing embeds) and a specific shared or personal view to render on the card. Deleting the view in Power Tables automatically reverts the embed to a link, so no manual cleanup is needed. This eliminates the need to tab between the workspace and the underlying tracker for routine status checks.

Use case: An operations team has a Power Table tracking open purchase requests. They embed that table's "Pending approval" view directly on their workspace canvas so every team member can see outstanding items without opening a separate app.

Available in: Workspaces → Trackers card → Edit embed → Show on the canvas
