Open Workspaces & Self-Service Joining — Self-service team joining without waiting for an invite

Workspaces now support a four-level visibility model — private, requestable, discoverable, and open — giving workspace owners precise control over how employees find and access their team space. Open workspaces display a one-click Join button in the Discover directory so any employee can add themselves immediately, without submitting a request or waiting for an owner to approve. Owners can also opt in to a read-only Preview mode, letting employees browse a workspace's content before committing to join.

The full ladder is now enforced end-to-end: private workspaces are invisible across the entire platform (not listed in search, Discover, or any picker), requestable workspaces appear in the access-request flow but not in open browsing, and discoverable workspaces appear in both. Existing workspaces were migrated to the tier that preserves their previous behavior, so no team access changed on deploy.

Use case: A project manager marks their team's planning workspace as Open so any colleague who discovers it in the directory can join immediately — no back-and-forth on Slack asking to be added.

Leader Rounds v3: Rounding Programs & AI-Assisted Capture — Structured rounding with programs, org context, and faster issue capture

Leader Rounds now supports admin-managed Rounding Programs that assign the right template and rounding cadence to each audience segment, so leaders no longer need to choose a form manually before each round. During a round, leaders can capture multiple issues in a single session using AI-assisted form fill, which pre-populates answers based on natural-language input and surfaces the organization's relevant policies and context alongside each question. Every hierarchy view — the Team Rollup, Issue Ledger, and breadcrumb navigation — now displays job titles and org-unit names next to leader names, replacing the bare name columns that made it impossible to interpret a deep org chart without prior knowledge.

The issue detail also gained a full trail: comments, history, reassignment, and status updates are now accessible inline, and the API surface was extended so mobile leaders can perform every write that web supports.

Use case: A hospital's nursing director sets up a Rounding Program that assigns ICU charge nurses a focused patient-safety template on a weekly cadence — leaders open the app, tap their assigned round, and AI fills in the answers as they speak their notes.

Contracts: Group by Counterparty + ZIP Bulk Import — See every contract with a vendor or customer in one place

The contracts list now includes a Group by party view that organizes contracts into one card per counterparty, showing a roll-up of contract count, total value on file, and the next upcoming renewal date — with SOWs and renewals nested beneath the parent agreement they belong to, and collapsible groups for easy navigation. This view pages by party rather than by individual contract, so a counterparty with many agreements is never split across pages with a header that disagrees with the content. The counterparty name on each row is now a direct link to that party's full relationship summary.

Bulk contract import now accepts .zip archives (in addition to individual files), expands them automatically, matches uploaded documents to existing agreements by title, and identifies which side of the contract your organization is on by looking for your registered legal entity names — instead of guessing. Documents that cannot be cleanly filed are flagged for review rather than landing silently as drafts.

Use case: A procurement manager uploads a zip of 30 vendor agreements at once, and the importer files each under the right counterparty — the manager then opens the grouped view to see at a glance which vendors are up for renewal this quarter.
