Power Tables Automations — row-triggered and scheduled automation rules for structured data
Power Tables now supports a full automation rule engine built directly on the platform's existing ApprovalWorkflow and task infrastructure. Rules fire on row events (row added, changed, a specific field changed, or deleted) or on a schedule tied to a saved view. Each rule can take one or more actions: update fields, send in-app notifications or email, call an outbound webhook, create a linked task, run an AI fill or digest, detect anomalies, or open an approval in the platform Inbox. Approval rules enforce one-open-per-row and expire automatically. The Automations tab on each table (admin-gated) includes a drawer rule builder, per-rule run history with sampled error logs, an analytics health panel, and pending-approval indicators directly on grid rows.
Use case: A retail operations manager sets a rule so that whenever a store logs weekly units below 40, a restocking task is automatically created and assigned — without anyone having to monitor the table manually.

Company Card Receipt Tracking — receipt capture, matching, and approval for corporate card purchases
Mango Spend now includes dedicated receipt tracking for company card purchases — separate from reimbursement expense reports. Employees upload receipts through a drawer with AI-assisted read and field fill. The system matches receipts to card charges automatically (CardReceiptMatcher), with a manual picker available when auto-match isn't conclusive. Matched receipts move through a draft → submitted → approved lifecycle, with configurable approvers (manager, admin, or auto-approve). Finance reviewers see a "Receipt on file / Missing" column on the card feed to identify outstanding receipts at a glance. In-app notifications and email alerts fire at each lifecycle transition.
Use case: A finance manager reviewing end-of-month company card activity can see at a glance which charges still lack a matched receipt and send a reminder — without leaving the platform or exporting to a spreadsheet.

Anniversary and Milestone Performance Reviews — per-employee review scheduling based on hire date and tenure
Performance cycle elements now support three timing modes: fixed calendar dates (existing behavior), work anniversary, and tenure milestone. In anniversary mode, each employee's review period is anchored to their hire date rather than a shared calendar window — an employee hired in March gets their annual review in March regardless of when the cycle was created. In milestone mode, reviews trigger at configurable tenure thresholds (for example, 90 days and 1 year). Automation rules scoped to an element's coverage window ensure each employee is reviewed exactly once per period, using the existing anniversary and milestone date calculation logic with deduplication guards.
Use case: An HR team running a global annual review can now give every employee a review on their personal work anniversary, eliminating the need to manually stagger review windows across hire cohorts.
