Live Boards: Playlists, Follows, and Weekly Digests — organize and subscribe to live data displays

Live Boards now supports three new ways to manage and stay connected to your data displays. Boards can be organized into ordered playlists — ideal for cycling through team leaderboards, KPI dashboards, or department metrics on wallboards without manual switching. Any user can now follow a board to receive in-app updates when it changes, and a new weekly digest email delivers a summary of board highlights directly to subscribers' inboxes. Board history is also now tracked, giving admins a record of changes over time.

Use case: A store operations manager creates a playlist of five regional performance boards, sets it to loop on the break-room screen, and follows the boards personally to get a weekly recap in their inbox without checking the dashboard each day.

Available in: Live Boards → Board Settings → Playlist / Follow / Digest

Power Tables: Deleted-Row Recovery, Per-Table Access Control, and Personal Views — data governance and self-service views for large tables

Power Tables adds three capabilities aimed at data governance and everyday usability. Deleted rows are now recoverable by admins — rows are held in a soft-delete queue rather than permanently removed, and can be restored individually. Table owners can now configure per-table access grants that restrict which users or roles can read, edit, or manage a specific table, independent of app-level permissions. Users can save personal filtered and sorted views of any table they have access to, and optionally enable watch notifications to be alerted when rows matching their view's filters change.

Use case: A finance team lead accidentally deletes a batch of budget records during an import cleanup, recovers them from the deleted-rows panel, and then sets a personal view with a watch to be notified any time a row in the "Approved" status column is updated.

Available in: Power Tables → Table → Access Grants / Deleted Rows / My Views

Must-Read Translation Review and Policy Hub Linking — translation oversight and policy acceptance tracking for Must-Read posts

Communications now supports two new capabilities for Must-Read posts. When reader translation is enabled for a Must-Read, admins can require that translated versions pass a reviewer approval step before employees see them — reviewers can approve or revoke translations at any time, and the post falls back to the original language until a translation is approved. Separately, Must-Read posts can now be linked to an existing Policy Hub policy: acknowledgements are reflected in the policy's acceptance report, and the Must-Read reminder job automatically skips employees who have already accepted the linked policy, preventing duplicate prompts.

Use case: A global HR team publishes a safety policy update as a Must-Read in English and Spanish. The Spanish translation goes through a local reviewer before going live, and the system cross-references the linked policy so employees who already signed it in Policy Hub do not receive a second reminder.

Available in: Communications → Composer → Must-Read Settings / Translation Review
