Overview
Every visualization on a board is one definition rendered on up to five surfaces — a home dashboard, a Digital Signage slide, a full-screen TV, a phone, and a public link on a page outside OneMango. That range is why name masking is a property of the visualization rather than of the surface: set it once and it holds everywhere, including on the screen nobody is signed in to, and a column that ranks stores rather than people is never mislabelled as anonymous.
Thirteen chart types reach well past a leaderboard — a gauge arc legible across a warehouse floor, a status grid that colours every site by its goal band, a streak counting days since the last incident, a scorecard holding four unrelated metrics against four separate targets. Boards read a Power Tables saved view, Recognition activity, per-site engagement, or per-site coverage gaps, and a nightly capture gives all of them a history: movement deltas, per-row trend lines, a 365-day history page with CSV export, and opt-in alerts when a stat, line or gauge crosses its goal — or recovers.
Screens get two paths: a present mode that refreshes as a plain page on any signed-in TV browser, and, for screens that cannot sign in, admin-issued public links — one per visualization, or one for a named rotation. Billing follows boards, not viewers — a board the whole plant walks past costs the same as one a manager checks, and an archived board costs nothing.

FAQ
Only for Power-Tables-backed boards, which are the most common kind. Boards can also read Recognition activity, per-site engagement, or per-site coverage gaps directly, so a tenant with neither a table nor a saved view can still build a board. Each app meters independently — rows on the Power Tables side, active boards on the Live Boards side.
It's pay-as-you-go from your credit wallet, billed per active board per month — 500 credits per active board a month, with no per-employee fee and no minimum. Archived boards, sample boards, and boards with no active visualization don't bill. The month is drawn on the 1st, so archiving a board stops the next month's draw, not the current one; restore it and it counts again.
Each visualization carries a policy — full names, first name plus last initial, or fully anonymized ranks — with a tenant-wide default for new ones. It is enforced at one point in the rendering pipeline, so a visualization that masks on the dashboard masks identically on the wall, on a phone, and on an embed. Masking governs people columns only: one ranking stores or products shows their real names under any policy, because there is no identity to protect.
The board renders a "source unavailable" state rather than breaking or going blank, on every surface it was placed on. The admin Analytics tab lists every board in that state alongside what it was bound to and why the binding failed — a broken wallboard otherwise tells nobody.
Two tiers. Contributors create, edit, duplicate, and preview boards; admins additionally hold app settings, archive and restore, signage publishing, and the public links that put a visualization or a rotation on the open web. Who sees a visualization inside OneMango is set by its optional Audience; signage and public embeds have no viewer at all, so a visualization limited to an Audience cannot be published there, and masking is what protects the ones that are.
Two ways. Watch a visualization and you receive its goal alerts wherever its author switched them on — told when it goes off target and again when it recovers — and the author can also name a group for the people who own the number. Watching also puts you on the weekly digest: every Monday, an email of up to 12 visualizations you can actually open, watched ones first.
Yes, per visualization and off by default. A Live Boards admin turns on Allow external embed, which creates an unguessable link that renders the visualization read-only with its masking applied and no login required. An optional origin allowlist restricts which sites may frame it, and rotating the link invalidates every one already shared. Playlists share the same model, so a whole rotation can run on one public link.
Boards read live on every load; signage picks changes up on its polling cycle and present mode refreshes itself every two minutes, with each write to the source bumping a version the displays key off. History is separate: a nightly capture stores each visualization's value, which is what powers movement deltas, movers trend lines, streak counts, and the 365-day history page; daily history is kept for 13 months. A Line marked intraday is captured hourly as well.
