Overview
Every board here is one definition rendered on up to five surfaces — a home dashboard, a Digital Signage slide, a full-screen TV, a phone, and a tokenized URL on a page outside MangoApps. That range is why name masking is a property of the board rather than of the surface: set it once and it holds everywhere, including on the screen nobody is signed in to, and a column that ranks stores rather than people is never mislabelled as anonymous.
Thirteen visualizations reach well past a leaderboard — a gauge arc legible across a warehouse floor, a status grid that colours every site by its goal band, a streak counting days since the last incident, a scorecard holding four unrelated metrics against four separate targets. Boards read a Power Tables saved view, Recognition activity, or per-site engagement, and a nightly capture gives all of them a history: movement deltas, per-row trend lines, a 365-day history page with CSV export, and alerts when a board crosses its goal — or recovers.
Screens that cannot sign in get their own path: a present mode that refreshes as a plain page on any browser-capable TV, and named rotations published behind an unguessable token. Billing follows boards, not viewers — a board the whole plant walks past costs the same as one a manager checks, and an archived board costs nothing.

Only for Power-Tables-backed boards, which are the most common kind. Boards can also read Recognition activity or per-site engagement directly, so a tenant with neither a table nor a saved view can still build a board. Each app meters independently — rows on the Power Tables side, active boards on the Live Boards side.
Pay-as-you-go per active board per year: $60 each for the first 10 active boards, $48 each to 50, and $36 each above that. There is no per-seat charge and no floor. Archived boards are free — archive one and it stops billing; restore it and it counts again.
Each board carries a policy — full names, first name plus last initial, or fully anonymized ranks — with a tenant-wide default for new boards. It is enforced at one point in the rendering pipeline, so a board that masks on the dashboard masks identically on the wall, on a phone, and on an embed. Masking governs people columns only: a board ranking stores or products shows their real names under any policy, because there is no identity to protect.
The board renders a "source unavailable" state rather than breaking or going blank, on every surface it was placed on. The admin Analytics tab lists every board in that state alongside what it was bound to and why the binding failed — a broken wallboard otherwise tells nobody.
Two tiers. Contributors create, edit, duplicate, and preview boards; admins additionally hold app settings, archive and restore, and the tokens that publish a board or a rotation to the open web. Who sees a board on a dashboard is set by an optional audience group; signage and public embeds have no viewer at all, which is exactly why masking rather than audience is what protects them.
Two ways, both opt-in. Watch a board and you receive its goal alerts — told when it goes off target and again when it recovers, with a recipient group as a second option for the people who own the number. Separately, a weekly Monday digest emails a recipient the boards they can actually open, watched ones first.
Yes, per board and off by default. Enabling external embed mints an unguessable URL that renders the board read-only with its masking applied and no login required. An optional origin allowlist restricts which sites may frame it, and rotating the token invalidates every link already shared. Named rotations share the same model, so a whole sequence can run on one public URL.
Boards read live on every load; signage picks changes up on its polling cycle and present mode refreshes itself every two minutes, with each write to the source bumping a version the displays key off. History is separate: a nightly capture stores each board's value, which is what powers movement deltas, movers trend lines, streak counts, and the 365-day history page. Boards marked intraday are captured hourly as well.
