Immersive Course Player — Full-screen self-paced learning experience with SCORM support
Self-paced courses now launch in a dedicated full-screen course player rather than rendering inline on the page. The player includes a collapsible outline rail showing all lessons with completion markers, a centered content area that adapts to each lesson type (text with an on-page table of contents, video with description, document, quiz, or SCORM module), and a footer with Previous/Next navigation. SCORM packages run in a full-viewport iframe with automatic exit handling, so progress is captured accurately and learners are returned to the course on completion. Course authors can preview the full player experience before publishing.
Use case: A new hire working through a compliance certification can move through video lessons, a document review, and a graded quiz all within the same player — with their progress tracked at each step and a clear view of what remains in the outline.

Continuous Feedback on Mobile — Full feedback detail view for mobile web users
The continuous feedback mobile experience now includes a dedicated detail page for each feedback item, matching the visibility and context available on desktop. Employees can see the full feedback note, related exchanges between the parties, and take acknowledgment actions from their phone. The related-feedback list respects each item's privacy settings, so manager-level and HR-visible feedback is shown only to those with the appropriate access.
Use case: A manager on the floor can open a piece of feedback their direct report submitted, read the full context, and acknowledge it — without needing to switch to a desktop browser.
Available in: Employee Performance Management → Mobile → Continuous Feedback
Count Aggregates for Live Boards — Leaderboards ranked by record count, not just numeric scores
Live Boards now support a "count" aggregate type alongside the existing sum, average, min, and max options. Count boards rank entities by the number of matching records — tickets resolved, leads created, incidents filed, risk items logged — without requiring a numeric score field on the underlying data. Historical trend snapshots use the same aggregated query, so rankings stay consistent between live standings and past periods.
Use case: A support team leader sets up a Live Board ranked by ticket count, letting agents see in real time where they stand for the week — without any manual data entry or score tracking.
