Google Calendar Two-Way Sync — sync Google Calendar with your workforce schedule

Employees can now connect their personal Google Calendar via OAuth and get two-way event synchronization with the platform. Events created in either system flow to the other automatically through a poll-based sweep, so schedules stay consistent without manual duplication. Admins retain full control — the integration only activates when Google Calendar Connect is enabled and the per-user OAuth mode is configured. Each user's Integrations page gains a sync status card showing connection state and a reconnect prompt when credentials lapse, and event detail pages display a "Synced to Google Calendar" provenance badge for hosts so they always know which events are being tracked externally.

Use case: A field team member connects their Google Calendar once and automatically sees their on-site visits alongside company-scheduled shifts — no copy-pasting appointments between apps.

Bookings: Favorites, Availability Rules & Notifications — smarter space booking for employees and admins

Three meaningful additions land in Bookings together. First, employees can mark any space as a favorite — favorited spaces surface in a dedicated "My Day" dashboard section so frequently used rooms and desks are always one click away. Second, admins can now set enforceable bookable-hours windows per space (e.g., Monday–Friday, 8 am–6 pm), and the system validates new bookings against those hours so spaces are never reserved outside their available schedule. Third, the platform sends in-app notifications at each key moment in a booking lifecycle: confirmation when a reservation is made, position updates when a waitlisted booking moves, and a prompt when a booking is auto-released. Spaces and personal bookings are also now searchable through the platform's global search.

Use case: An office manager sets bookable hours on a conference room to prevent after-hours reservations, and employees on the waitlist automatically get notified the moment a slot opens up — without anyone monitoring the queue manually.

Wikis: Table of Contents, Comments Controls & Transfer Ownership — per-wiki navigation and governance controls

Three new controls give wiki owners and administrators more flexibility over how their wikis work. The Table of Contents toggle generates a live left-rail navigation panel from the page's headings, with a scrollspy that highlights the active section as readers move through the content — making long wiki pages significantly easier to navigate. The Comments toggle lets admins enable or disable the comments panel on a per-wiki basis, independent of individual user permissions. Finally, ownership transfers have moved to a clean centered modal with a user-search typeahead, replacing the previous drawer flow — owners can now hand off a wiki cleanly with a single action that notifies both parties and logs the change in activity history.

Use case: A team lead transferring ownership of a department wiki to a new manager completes the handoff in seconds via the Transfer Ownership modal, while readers of long policy pages benefit from a Table of Contents that lets them jump directly to the section they need.
