Self-Paced Courses with SCORM Support — SCORM-compatible self-paced learning in your LMS

Training now supports a dedicated self-paced course type where learners progress through lessons on their own schedule. Course authors can upload SCORM packages alongside video and document lessons, and each learner's enrollment is isolated to a specific course version — meaning published content is never affected when authors revise a draft. Enrollment notifications, due-date reminders, and completion tracking all work the same way as instructor-led courses.

Use case: A compliance team publishes a mandatory SCORM module they already use in an external system — employees complete it inside MangoApps on their own time, and completions flow automatically into compliance reports.

Available in: Training → Course Builder → Self-Paced Course

Guest Pass Bulk Import & Host Approval from Email — bulk visitor pre-registration and one-click email approval

Reception and facilities teams can now pre-register up to 500 visitors in a single step by uploading a CSV or pasting a list — no more entering guests one at a time before a large event. When host approval is required, hosts receive a tokenized link in the notification email and can approve or reject the visit directly from their inbox without logging into the platform. Approved visitors receive a calendar invite (.ics) attached to their confirmation, and a background sweep automatically marks guests who never checked out as no-shows.

Use case: An office manager uploads a 200-person conference attendee list the morning of an event and hosts get one-click email approvals rather than fielding calls at the front desk.

Available in: Guest Pass → Visitors → Bulk Import / Host Approval Settings

Calendar Analytics: Configurable Alert Rules & Year-over-Year Rollups — proactive calendar health monitoring and trend comparison

Workspace admins can now define threshold-based alert rules across 12 calendar metrics — such as meeting acceptance rate, no-show rate, or sync error count — and receive in-app notifications when a metric breaches its configured threshold. A new year-over-year rollup card on the Core analytics board lets teams compare current booking volumes against the same period last year. For large data pulls, the board now generates CSV exports asynchronously and delivers the file by email, removing the browser timeout that blocked reports with more than 10,000 rows.

Use case: A facilities manager sets an alert for room no-show rate exceeding 20% and receives a notification the next morning, prompting a policy reminder before the issue compounds.

Available in: Calendar → Analytics → Alert Rules / Core Board / Connect Board
