Advanced Candidate Search — full-text and boolean candidate search for recruiters
The All Candidates and per-job views in Job Board now include a full advanced-search experience that replaces the previous basic 3-field filter. Recruiters can query candidates using boolean and field-prefix syntax (e.g., skills:Ruby AND location:"San Francisco"), filter across collapsible sections covering identity, pipeline stage, skills, location, compensation, and engagement, and remove individual filters instantly with one-click chips. The previously dormant Saved Searches feature is now fully wired in, letting teams preserve and reuse complex queries across sessions.
Use case: A technical recruiter building a shortlist for a senior engineering role can search skills:Python AND location:"Austin" AND stage:phone_screen, save that search, and revisit it daily as new candidates enter the pipeline — without re-entering filters each time.

AI Receptionist Knowledge Base — teach your AI front desk to answer business-specific questions
Businesses using AI Front Office can now build and manage a knowledge base that the AI receptionist searches before escalating a customer inquiry to a human agent. Knowledge base entries support three content types — FAQ articles, uploaded documents (PDFs, Word files), and videos — each with a defined category, status lifecycle (draft, processing, active), and background extraction for documents and transcription for videos. A built-in AI-assisted authoring tool can draft FAQ articles from a prompt, reducing the time to build out an initial library.
Use case: A plumbing company adds a FAQ article answering "Do you service Navien tankless water heaters?" — the AI receptionist can now answer that question directly during a chat or voice conversation instead of handing off to a dispatcher.

Total Compensation Distribution in Offer Templates — auto-split compensation across salary components
Offer Manager offer templates can now define percentage allocations across base salary, bonus, signing bonus, and equity. When a recruiter creates or edits an offer using that template and enters a Total Compensation figure, all four component fields are automatically populated according to the template's ratios. Editing any individual component recalculates the Total Compensation in real time, keeping the offer's math consistent without manual calculation.
Use case: A compensation team sets a standard split (70% base, 15% bonus, 5% signing, 10% equity) in a template — recruiters creating offers simply enter the total package number and all four lines fill in correctly, reducing arithmetic errors and speeding up offer creation.
