Canadian Workers' Compensation (WCB) Compliance — Province-specific workers' compensation tracking for Canadian organizations
Safety Hub now includes a complete WCB compliance module alongside its existing OSHA support. Canadian organizations can track workplace incidents under province-specific rules for Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan, with automated reportability determination, rate calculations (LTIR, Total Injury Rate, Severity Rate), and ready-to-submit employer reports. A dedicated compliance dashboard and annual summary view make it easy to stay audit-ready without managing spreadsheets or external tools.
Use case: A safety manager at a manufacturing company in Ontario opens the WCB dashboard, reviews this quarter's incident log filtered to reportable claims, and exports an employer report pre-filled with provincial rate calculations — all without leaving the platform.

Benefit Plan Eligibility Rules — Rule-based benefit enrollment targeting for HR administrators
HR administrators can now define eligibility rules for each benefit plan, combining criteria such as employment type, department, location, tenure, age range, job title, and pay grade. The platform automatically resolves the list of eligible employees and presents it in a tabbed view showing all eligible employees, those already enrolled, and those not yet enrolled. Admins can send enrollment notification emails to individuals or in bulk directly from the same screen, reducing the manual coordination typically required during open enrollment.
Use case: An HR manager setting up a new health plan for full-time employees in the Chicago office creates an eligibility rule combining employment type "Full-Time" and location "Chicago," then bulk-sends enrollment invitations to the 47 qualifying employees in two clicks.

CBA Job Posting Eligibility and Automated Outreach — Priority hiring funnel for internal job postings scoped to a bargaining agreement
The CBA Planner now supports a Job Posting Eligibility scenario type that evaluates the priority hiring funnel for an internal job posting, filtered to members of a specific collective bargaining agreement. Each eligible candidate is annotated with their CBA membership status. Once the scenario is run, the platform automatically sends serial outreach emails to candidates in priority order with a 48-hour response window per candidate — candidates can accept or decline via a secure token link without logging in. This replaces manual outreach and ensures the hiring process respects CBA seniority rules from start to finish.
Use case: A union HR coordinator opens the CBA Planner for a maintenance technician posting, runs the Job Posting Eligibility scenario for the Local 412 agreement, and lets the system handle outreach — the first qualified candidate receives an email immediately, and the next receives one automatically if there is no response within 48 hours.
Available in: Job Board → CBA Planner → Job Posting Eligibility Scenario
