AssetPro IT Asset Management — IT asset tracking with onboarding and offboarding automation

AssetPro is a new marketplace app that gives organizations a central place to manage their IT asset inventory — laptops, peripherals, equipment, and more. Assets can be assigned to employees automatically as part of the onboarding workflow and flagged for return when an employee is offboarded. The app includes full lifecycle management with assignment history, maintenance records, and audit trails, so IT and HR teams always have a clear picture of where every asset is and who is responsible for it.

Use case: An IT administrator sets up equipment bundles for each role in the onboarding workflow — when a new hire starts, their assigned laptop and peripherals are automatically logged as issued, and when they leave, AssetPro triggers an asset return checklist as part of the offboarding process.

E-Signature Integration in Onboarding Hub — send onboarding documents for e-signature via DocuSign, HelloSign, Adobe Sign, or PandaDoc

The Onboarding Hub now supports sending documents directly for electronic signature through four major e-signature providers: DocuSign, HelloSign, Adobe Sign, and PandaDoc. HR teams can configure their preferred provider once in settings and then send any onboarding document — offer letters, NDAs, policy acknowledgments — for e-signature without leaving the platform. Signature status is tracked in real time, and completed documents are stored alongside the employee's onboarding record.

Use case: An HR coordinator sends an offer letter and confidentiality agreement to a new hire for DocuSign signature directly from the Onboarding Hub — the signed documents are automatically saved to the employee's file once completed.
