Every block below maps to a real tool. The three writes go through the Synonyms, Promoted results and Settings pages' own code, so a change made from chat is byte-identical to one made on the page, and lands in the Automation Hub's ledger.
Read The Zero-Result List, Then Fix It
"What are people searching for and not finding this month?" returns the totals, the top searches and the zero-result searches, each paired with the nearest search that did find something. The next sentence is the fix.
- Totals and rates via get_search_analytics over 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Synonym candidates — each zero-result query carries the nearest successful one.
- Add the synonym via add_synonym, previewed and confirmed before it exists.
- Promote the page via promote_result for the exact terms people typed.
See Search Through An Employee's Eyes
"What would Priya find for lockout tagout?" runs the search as Priya and returns the titles by area. Her private areas — files, pay, leave, messages — are counted, never listed, and every use is audit-logged like the Search-as page.
- Any named employee via search_as_person, by name or email; ambiguity is asked back, never guessed.
- Restricted areas stay counts, so an admin never reads what they could not open on the page.
- Audit line written on every call, the same one the page writes.
- Read-only — nothing about the person changes.
Decide What Search Reaches
"Take Classifieds out of search results" finds the area, previews the one switch that changes, and resubmits every other setting exactly as it is. Ninety areas, one sentence each.
- List every area via list_search_areas, with its on/off state.
- One switch per call via set_search_area, confirmed first.
- Nothing else moves — the replay carries the whole Settings form, so no other setting is reset.
- Wikis, Drive and Libraries switch through their own app setting, the same as on the page.
