Search
One search across MangoApps and the systems you keep outside it.
MangoApps
Overview
Search owns the search bar at the top of every page and gives it what it never had: a results page. Type a person, a policy, an SOP, a shift, a document or a setting, and see everything you can find across every MangoApps app on one page — on desktop and, for the first time, on your phone. Results are grouped by where they live, with the areas you can jump to listed beside them.
On the Enterprise plan, Search also reaches the systems your company keeps outside MangoApps. Register a Microsoft 365 source per entity — a corporate SharePoint, a joint venture's own tenant — and each person connects their own account once. From then on, searches run as them: Microsoft decides what they can see, nothing is copied into MangoApps, and nothing is indexed. Results from those sources appear alongside your MangoApps results, marked as leaving the platform.
Admins manage synonyms (so 'PTO' finds 'paid time off') and see what people search for and don't find — the shortest path to the content an intranet is missing.

Search — the results page, synonyms and analytics — is included with every paid plan at no charge. Search Connectors (external sources) are an Enterprise capability.
