Weekly Reports — weekly status reports for teams and managers
Weekly Reports is now available to every organization. Each person writes a short weekly report covering their wins, what got done, next week's plan and anything they could use a hand with. They can fill in a form, start from work they finished in other apps, or talk it through with the assistant in Ask AI by typing or by voice, on desktop or phone. Reports appear on a wall that shows the week's wins and requests for help first. Teammates can press I can help to message the writer, and last week's plans come back as a question so unfinished work doesn't get forgotten. Admins set up each team's template, schedule and readers. The weekly request arrives in each person's own time zone, and people on leave all week are not asked. Reports are never scored.
Use case: A regional operations manager replaces the Friday status email thread with Weekly Reports and reads the whole team's week in one view, starting with the store leads who need help.
Available in: Weekly Reports → My reports; Weekly Reports → This week; Weekly Reports → Settings → Templates
This or That Contest Voting — head-to-head voting for employee photo contests
Contests have a new way to pick a winner. Voters see two entries at a time and choose one. The pairs are chosen automatically, so no one ever sees their own entry or their own team's, and the final order is worked out from every vote. Each place is labeled Clear finish, Strong finish or Close call. A location or department contest can have one entry per team, with a gallery of up to 30 photos and 2 short videos, and organizers can upload every team's photos at once from a folder. Organizers can share a voter link, print a QR poster, put Scan to vote on digital signage, keep the results private until they publish them, and share a public results link that names entries and teams but not people.
Use case: A retail chain runs a holiday window display contest between its stores, and employees across the company vote on pairs of store photos from their phones, so a small store's display is judged next to a flagship's on equal terms.

Course ZIP Import and Export — move training courses between organizations
Training admins can now package a complete course as one ZIP file and import it into another organization. The export includes the selected version's lessons, uploaded videos and captions, documents, SCORM packages, checklists, quizzes and the course cover. Each import creates a new draft course with its own copies of the files. Enrollments, learner history and access settings are not transferred, and a damaged package fails without leaving a half-built course. This lets organizations with more than one site, and partners who build courses for clients, reuse the same course instead of rebuilding it by hand.
Use case: A healthcare group that builds its patient safety course in one hospital's organization exports it once and imports it as a draft in each of its other hospitals, with every video and quiz included.
Available in: Training → Course → Export course ZIP; Training → Courses → Import course ZIP
