Communications Content Calendar — Unified content planning and publishing timeline
Content Plan slots now appear directly on the main Communications Calendar alongside live posts, giving communicators a single, continuous view from planning intent through to publish. Previously, planned slots lived only in the Annual Plan overlay while the Calendar showed only in-progress and published communications — meaning teams had to switch between two views to understand what was coming. Now, planned items appear on the Calendar with a dashed style and link back to their plan, while analytics and the planning assistant continue to reflect only real, published comms. The update includes a one-time backfill that links all previously written slots, so historical planning data appears without any manual work.
Use case: A communications manager reviewing this week's Calendar can see at a glance which announcements are already live, which are drafted and awaiting approval, and which are still at the planning stage — without switching between the Annual Plan and the Calendar.

Share to Hub: Projects and Departments — More destinations when sharing to MangoApps Hub
When sharing content to MangoApps Hub from within the platform, authors now see their full range of team destinations — groups, projects, and departments — in a single, alphabetically sorted picker. Previously only groups appeared, meaning project teams and department channels were unreachable from the share flow. All three destination types are merged and deduplicated, and permission data (such as whether a group restricts who can post) is preserved so authors see exactly where they are allowed to share.
Use case: A frontline supervisor who wants to share a recognition post with both their department channel and their project team can now find both destinations in one picker, rather than discovering that only their groups appeared.
