Manual Section Picker for Sites — add sections to internal pages without AI
The Sites page editor now includes an "Add section" modal that lets authors browse and insert any of 40+ available section types directly — no AI conversation required. When you click to add a section, a picker displays all supported layouts (hero, gallery, team grid, testimonials, embed blocks, and more) with a live preview, and inserts the selected section with sample content that you can immediately edit. This gives teams a faster, more predictable way to build and restructure pages when they already know what layout they want.
Use case: A communications manager building a new benefits overview page can pick a two-column card section, a contacts block, and an accordion FAQ directly from the picker — then fill in the real content — without needing to describe the layout in an AI chat.

Site-Level Audience Restrictions — control who can access an entire internal site
Site owners can now set an audience at the site level, restricting visibility to specific employees, teams, departments, or roles. Access is enforced consistently across the web app, mobile, public share links, and the Sites AI agent — so a site marked as visible only to the Finance team is protected regardless of how someone tries to reach it. Previously, audience controls applied only to individual pages; now an entire site can be gated in a single configuration step.
Use case: An IT administrator publishes a Site for internal developer documentation and restricts it to the Engineering and IT departments — employees outside those groups see no trace of the site in navigation or search results.

Navbar and Cover Visibility Toggles for Sites — clean landing pages without losing navigation configuration
Site builders can now hide the navigation bar on specific pages and hide the cover image across an entire site, independently of each other and without deleting any configuration. The navbar toggle is per-page, making it easy to give landing pages, campaign pages, or standalone content a full-bleed layout while keeping the navigation intact for the rest of the site. The cover toggle is site-wide and takes effect without touching the cover content itself, so it can be re-enabled at any time.
Use case: A marketing team builds a campaign microsite inside the intranet, hides the navbar on the main landing page for a clean branded look, and keeps the nav visible on the supporting detail pages — all managed from the page settings panel.
Available in: Sites → Page Settings (hide navbar per page) · Site Settings → Navigation (hide cover site-wide)
