AI Invoice Reading — Mango Spend — AI expense automation for vendor invoices

Vendor invoices in Mango Spend now support AI-assisted data entry. Attach the invoice file and the system reads the vendor name, invoice number, PO number, description, amount, and due date directly off the document — filling the form before a single field is typed. The file input moves to the top of the form so the attachment drives every field below it, and the reader fills only blank fields, so any value already entered by hand is preserved. This brings vendor invoice entry in line with the existing AI receipt reading available for company card expenses and reimbursements.

Use case: An accounts-payable administrator uploads a PDF from a supplier and has the invoice form populated in seconds, reviewing rather than transcribing the bill.

Forms Publish Lifecycle — unpublish a live form, review before going live

Two new controls close gaps in the Forms authoring lifecycle. First, a published form can now be returned to Draft — pausing response collection while the form is revised — without archiving it. Archiving signals retirement; Draft signals work in progress, and the two are now distinct. Second, the Publish action no longer sends a form live immediately: it navigates to a review page showing the question count, audience, and approval settings, with a final Publish confirmation. A form with no questions receives a warning at this step rather than going live silently.

Use case: A compliance officer discovers a required question was omitted after a form is published; they unpublish it, add the question, and republish — without creating a new form or losing existing responses.

Available in: Forms → Manage Forms → Actions menu

Training Attempt History — per-learner enrollment view with full retake history

Admin dashboards, team views, and analytics in Training now show one row per learner regardless of how many times a course has been attempted. Previously, each retake added a new row, inflating enrollment counts and making it difficult to see a learner's current standing at a glance. The current attempt is the default view; earlier attempts are accessible through a View History dialog on the row menu, which shows all prior attempts with their scores, completion dates, and progress — without allowing action on superseded records. Reports, transcripts, and certificates continue to record every attempt as a distinct event.

Use case: A learning administrator reviewing compliance completion rates sees accurate per-learner counts and can open the history dialog to confirm whether a failing score was the learner's most recent attempt or has since been passed.
