Frontline Execution: Campaign categories, translations, and acknowledgement roster — Retail task execution with campaign taxonomy, multilingual support, and confirmation tracking

Frontline Execution gains several new campaign management capabilities in this release. Admins can now define campaign categories — a second taxonomy axis alongside existing tags — so district managers and authors can organize operational directives by type (safety, compliance, promotional, etc.) without relying on naming conventions alone. A new translations desk lets authors submit campaigns for translation into multiple languages, with a structured human review and verification step before translations go live. The acknowledgement roster replaces the previous first-tap close model: each targeted employee's confirmation is tracked individually, giving managers a per-person view of who has read and acknowledged a directive. Campaigns can also be exported to CSV directly from the campaign list for offline reporting.

Use case: A regional operations manager issues a new compliance directive across 200 stores in three languages — translators review the Spanish and French versions before they publish, and the manager tracks per-store acknowledgement on a live roster rather than relying on aggregate completion rates.

Available in: Frontline Execution → Campaigns → Settings (Categories), Campaign Editor (Translations), Campaign Detail (Acknowledgements)

Ask AI: Searchable conversation history and Cmd+K quick access — Persistent AI conversation history with full-text search and keyboard shortcut

Ask AI conversations are now stored as durable records rather than session-only transcripts, making past conversations searchable with full-text search from the Ask AI history page. When the panel is idle, employees see a list of their recent conversations alongside suggested starters — making it easy to pick up a previous thread or start a common query. A new Cmd+K keyboard shortcut opens a "search or ask" omnibox from anywhere in the platform, with a pinned Ask AI row for quick access without navigating away. Administrators can configure a retention period and optionally allow employees to clear their own conversation history.

Use case: An employee who asked the HR agent about leave policy last week can search for "leave balance" in Ask AI history and immediately continue the conversation, rather than starting over and re-explaining context.

Available in: Ask AI → History (searchable record), Omnibox (Cmd+K), Ask AI Configure → Retention Settings (admin)

Ask AI: Headcount Planner and Interview Scheduler agents can now take actions — AI agents with write capabilities for talent acquisition workflows

The Headcount Planner and Interview Scheduler agents now expose write tools — requesting a new position and declaring interviewer availability — in addition to their existing answer-and-lookup capabilities. These agents are surfaced in the Ask AI agent list with a new "Takes actions" badge, so employees can immediately see which agents answer questions and which can also perform tasks on their behalf. Requests and availability declarations made through the agents include confirmation messaging before any write action is executed.

Use case: A hiring manager asks the Headcount Planner to submit a requisition for a new senior engineer role — the agent confirms the details with the manager and creates the position request without the manager navigating to a separate form.

Available in: Ask AI → Agent Library → Headcount Planner, Interview Scheduler
