Power Tables: Create from CSV — Import spreadsheet data into a structured table

Power Tables now lets you create a new table directly from a CSV or Excel file. After uploading, the platform infers a column type for each field — boolean, date, currency, select list, text — and presents a confirm-schema screen where you can rename columns, change types, or exclude columns before committing. Large files are handled via a direct browser-to-storage upload path, supporting CSV files up to 500 MB and Excel files up to 100 MB, with no page reload required. This eliminates the manual step of first defining a table schema before importing data, making it practical to bring external reports, exports, or one-off datasets into the platform in a single flow.

Use case: An operations manager exports a vendor list from their ERP, uploads it to Power Tables, and has a fully typed, shareable table ready in under a minute — without building the schema by hand.

Learning Path Q&A and Reviews — Community questions and ratings on learning paths

Learning Paths now support the same Q&A and review features that have been available on individual courses. Learners can post questions on a Learning Path, vote answers up or down, and submit a star rating with a written review. Administrators can view the Q&A thread and the aggregate rating from the Learning Path detail page. This makes longer, multi-course learning programs first-class citizens alongside standalone courses — learners get a place to ask questions scoped to the path, and L&D teams get rating data to understand which programs resonate.

Use case: An L&D administrator notices that a new manager onboarding path has a low average rating and several unanswered questions, and uses that signal to identify which module needs updating before the next cohort starts.

Communications Hub: A/B Message Variants — Test two headlines on a break-through message at compose time

When composing a break-through communication in the unified composer, authors can now enter an optional second headline. The platform records this as a 50/50 A/B variant at the point of publishing — no separate editing step required. Recipients are split automatically between the two versions at delivery, and results appear in the standard broadcast analytics view. Previously, setting up a variant required returning to the broadcast after initial creation; this collapses that into the original compose flow so message testing is no more work than writing a single headline.

Use case: A communications manager is announcing an open enrollment deadline and wants to know whether a direct call-to-action headline or a benefit-focused headline drives more clicks — they type both in the composer and publish once.

Available in: Comms Hub → Composer → Break-Through → Variant B headline
