Muscle Memory Agent — AI agent for personal and business knowledge recall
The Muscle Memory app now ships with a dedicated AI agent that employees and managers can query in plain language through Ask AI. The agent searches across personal lessons, business-wide knowledge, and curated entries to surface relevant answers with source provenance — so employees know exactly where an answer came from. A new contradiction decay system automatically deprioritizes older lessons when newer ones conflict, keeping recalled knowledge accurate over time. Admins and integrators gain a full v1 REST API for lesson listing, search, stats, and curation, with permission parity across web, mobile, and API surfaces.
Use case: A new hire asks Ask AI "what's our preferred vendor for office supplies?" and receives a direct answer pulled from a curated business lesson, with a link to the original source — no need to dig through chat history or wikis.
Available in: Ask AI → Muscle Memory agent · Muscle Memory → Agent tab, Dashboard widget, API
News Feed Topic Follows — follow topics to personalize your company news feed
Employees can now follow specific topics in the company news feed. Followed-topic posts are ranked higher in the personal feed, so employees naturally see more of what is relevant to their role or interests without any manual curation from admins. Posts published by other apps — such as Surveys, Contests, or Workspaces — now carry a stable contributor label showing their source, making the feed easier to scan and filter. Admins can view which topics each post is attributed to in the feed management panel.
Use case: A warehouse employee follows the "Safety Updates" and "Shift Changes" topics and immediately sees those posts at the top of their feed each morning, while unrelated corporate news stays accessible but out of the way.
Available in: News Feed → Feed view → Topic follows · Admin → Topics
Appointment Scheduler: Waitlist Notifications & Mobile Host Rescheduling — waitlist seat alerts and reschedule from mobile
When a slot on a fully booked appointment type opens up, waitlisted employees now receive an automatic email invitation to claim the newly available seat — eliminating the need for manual follow-up or rebooking coordination. Hosts can also reschedule existing appointments directly from the mobile app, bringing mobile capability on par with the web experience. A new booking page directory gives visitors a structured overview of all available booking pages in one place, and host-scoped availability and reschedule slot APIs make it easier to build integrations against specific hosts' calendars.
Use case: A manager books a compliance training session but it fills up; they join the waitlist and receive an email the next morning when a seat opens, booking in one click without contacting HR.
Available in: Bookings → Appointment types → Waitlist · Mobile app → My Appointments → Reschedule
