Digital Signage — native workplace digital signage with analytics and live workforce data feeds
MangoApps Digital Signage is now a fully native marketplace app, replacing the previous third-party connector model with a purpose-built solution that lives entirely within the platform. Admins configure screens and content rules directly in the admin panel, and each screen automatically aggregates live feeds from shifts, training assignments, active alerts, and recognition activity — so displays stay current without any manual refresh or publishing step. A new analytics layer tracks impressions per screen, enabling operations and IC teams to measure content reach across locations and surface offline screens before they go unnoticed.
Use case: A manufacturing site manager adds a new break room display, applies a content rule for that location's shift schedule and safety reminders, and immediately begins seeing impression counts — without connecting to a third-party signage platform or managing a separate CMS.
Available in: Digital Signage → Admin → Screens / Analytics
Media Capture with AI Analysis — photos, video, and voice memos on inspections, work orders, tasks, and incidents
Field workers and operations teams can now capture and attach photos, videos, and voice memos directly to inspections, field service work orders, tasks, incidents, and worklog entries — without leaving the platform or using a separate file-sharing tool. Each upload runs through a post-processing pipeline: EXIF metadata (including GPS coordinates) is automatically stripped for privacy, AI vision analysis generates a description and tags for searchability, and voice memos are transcribed to text. Captured media can be shared externally via a watermarked public link that expires on a configurable schedule, giving supervisors and clients a view into field activity without granting platform access.
Use case: A field technician completing a safety inspection photographs equipment damage on mobile, adds a voice note describing the issue, and the platform automatically transcribes the note and tags the image — so the supervisor reviewing the inspection sees a fully annotated record without any manual data entry.
Available in: Inspections → Inspection Detail → Media Timeline; also available in Field Service, Tasks, Incidents, and Worklog entries.
Comms Hub AI Writer & Brand Voices — AI-assisted content creation with consistent brand tone across all communications
Internal communications teams working in Comms Hub can now generate and refine content with an AI writer integrated directly into the composer, eliminating the copy-paste workflow between a standalone AI tool and the publication editor. Brand Voices — named tone-and-style profiles saved at the business level — let IC leads define how the organization writes (formal, conversational, safety-first, etc.) and make that standard available to every author in the team. The writer reads the Brand Voice profile and applies it when generating or revising content, so a multi-author communications operation produces consistently on-brand output regardless of who drafts a given piece.
Use case: A large retailer's IC team sets up a "Store Ops" Brand Voice with a direct, plain-language style for frontline audiences, then any team member drafting a policy update can invoke the AI writer and get copy that matches the established tone — without editorial review for style.
Available in: Comms Hub → Writer → New Content; Brand Voices managed under Comms Hub → Settings → Brand Voices
