Business Setup Checklist & Starter Pack — guided admin onboarding for new businesses

When a new business account is created, admins now see a Business Setup Checklist surfaced directly on their dashboard, along with a curated Starter Pack of recommended configurations. The checklist is tailored to the admin's selected use cases — for example, choosing "Scheduling" or "HR & Compliance" filters the list to show only the steps most relevant to that workflow. Universal tasks always appear regardless of selection. Automated reminder emails keep setup moving without requiring manual follow-up from the implementation team.

Use case: An HR admin at a mid-size retailer signs up and selects "Onboarding" and "Scheduling" as their primary use cases — the checklist immediately surfaces only the relevant setup steps, so they get to a working configuration in a single session rather than spending hours reading documentation.

Compensation Agent Automation Dashboard — AI-powered compensation automation for HR admins

The Compensation Management app now includes a dedicated agent surface for admins. From a single screen, compensation administrators can view recent automation actions taken by the AI agent, review pending decisions awaiting approval, and configure the agent's capabilities and scope. The overview page also surfaces agent status, prompts to seed Ask AI with compensation-related context, and a summary of recent merit cycle activity — eliminating the need to navigate to a separate admin area.

Use case: A total rewards manager opens Compensation Management and immediately sees that the AI agent flagged three employees as potential pay equity outliers this week, with recommended adjustments queued for approval — no manual analysis or report running required.

Ask AI Page-Aware Routing — context-aware AI answers based on what you are viewing

Ask AI now automatically detects the page or record a user is viewing and uses that context to route questions to the most relevant specialized agent. When an employee opens an expense report and asks Ask AI a question, the system recognizes the expense context and routes the query directly to the Mango Spend agent, which has access to the relevant transaction details and spending policies. Context chips in the Ask AI panel show users which context is active, and the context is cleared when they navigate away.

Use case: An employee reviewing a flagged expense report asks Ask AI "Why was this rejected?" — rather than returning a generic policy answer, Ask AI reads the specific report context and the Mango Spend agent explains the exact policy clause that applies to that transaction.
