Manager Work Visibility Setting — control when employees can view manager ratings in performance reviews

Performance review templates now include a setting that controls when employees can see their manager's ratings and written comments. Admins can choose between two modes: reveal manager feedback as soon as both parties have submitted, or hold it until after the review meeting is marked complete. This gives organizations that prefer to deliver feedback verbally first — before the written summary is visible — a way to enforce that sequence without manual workarounds.

Use case: An HR administrator configuring an annual review cycle can now ensure that managers discuss ratings with employees in the meeting before those ratings become visible in the platform, preventing employees from reading scores before the conversation happens.

Attendance Calendar View — visualize employee attendance records on a calendar

Attendance records can now be displayed in a monthly calendar view, in addition to the existing list view. Managers and HR teams can filter by employee, location, and date range, then see clock-in and clock-out events laid out day-by-day. This makes it easier to identify patterns like frequent late arrivals, consecutive absences, or coverage gaps across a team — without having to scan through rows of timestamped records.

Use case: A shift supervisor reviewing an employee's attendance history can switch to the calendar view to see, at a glance, which days were missed or had irregular hours over the past month, without exporting data to a spreadsheet.
