India-Specific Onboarding Compliance Forms — employee onboarding forms for India compliance
HR teams onboarding employees in India now have access to a pre-built library of compliance forms covering Aadhaar, PAN, UAN, bank account details, and identity verification. Each form includes field-level format validation that is automatically suggested when the platform detects an Indian onboarding workflow, reducing manual configuration and the risk of collecting incorrectly formatted data. This is especially valuable for organizations hiring at scale across India that need to meet statutory documentation requirements without building custom forms from scratch.
Use case: An HR administrator onboarding a new hire in Bengaluru can assign the Aadhaar and PAN forms directly from the onboarding flow — the platform validates the format of each field in real time and flags errors before submission.

Manual Candidate Entry in Job Board — add sourced candidates directly to the recruiting pipeline
Recruiters who source candidates outside of job postings — through LinkedIn outreach, referrals, or career fairs — can now add those candidates directly from the Job Board UI without needing to import a CSV or use the API. The form captures name, email, phone, resume, LinkedIn URL, source, and notes, with optional assignment to a specific job opening or talent pool. A real-time duplicate check on email prevents accidental duplicate records before the candidate is saved.
Use case: A recruiter who spoke with a strong candidate at a conference can immediately add that person to the pipeline with a resume and notes attached, assign them to an open role, and begin the review process — all without leaving the Job Board.
Available in: Job Board → Candidates → Add Candidate
Temporary Premiums: Acting Pay and Shift Differentials — automated pay premiums for shift differentials and acting roles
Managers can now configure pay premiums for shift differentials — including night, weekend, and holiday shifts — and for temporary acting-pay assignments where an employee steps into a higher-level role. The rules engine evaluates which premiums apply to each timesheet entry automatically, and payroll exports include an itemized breakdown showing premium hours, rates, and totals alongside base pay. This removes manual spreadsheet adjustments and reduces payroll errors for organizations with unionized workforces or complex compensation agreements.
Use case: A operations manager at a municipal transit agency can configure a night-shift differential that applies automatically whenever an employee works between 10 PM and 6 AM — and when a supervisor is temporarily filling in as a department head, the acting-pay premium is applied for the duration of the assignment and reflected in the next payroll run.
Available in: Shifts & Schedules → Admin → Premium Types; Payroll Export
