EPMS Mobile Full Parity — Full performance review and goals management on mobile
Employees and managers can now complete the entire performance review cycle from a mobile device, with no need to switch to a desktop. Employees can fill out self-assessments with dynamic validation and progress tracking, create and submit goals with all configuration options, update goal progress, and acknowledge completed reviews. Managers gain a full mobile dashboard to edit and submit team reviews, approve or reject employee goals with comments, and trigger all workflow transitions — including initial submit, submit for approval, and mark meeting complete — with notifications sent at each step.
Use case: A field manager reviewing their team's mid-year performance can approve employee goals, submit manager reviews, and complete the entire cycle from their phone while on the floor — without waiting to get back to a desktop.
