Interview Scorecards — structured candidate evaluation with weighted scoring

Hiring teams can now create configurable scorecard templates that define exactly what interviewers should evaluate — criteria such as Technical Skills, Communication, and Problem Solving, each with its own weight. When an interviewer submits feedback, their responses roll up into a weighted composite score, giving recruiting managers a consistent, data-informed basis for comparing candidates across multiple interviews and interviewers. This replaces ad-hoc notes and inconsistent verbal summaries with a repeatable evaluation framework built directly into the hiring workflow.

Use case: A hiring manager sets up a scorecard template for a senior engineering role, weighting Technical Skills at 50% and Communication at 25%. Every interviewer on the panel fills out the same scorecard, and the manager sees aggregated scores side-by-side to guide the hiring decision.
