AI Agent Governance & Guidelines — centralized control over AI agent behavior and trust

Admins can now manage all AI agent configuration from a single place in the Automation Hub. The new governance dashboard lets administrators set trust levels for each agent, configure per-trust-level action thresholds, review pending agent actions before they execute, and approve or reject them individually. A new Agent Guidelines editor also allows organizations to define system-wide behavioral rules that are automatically injected into every agent's context — ensuring AI actions stay aligned with company policy without requiring per-agent configuration.

Use case: An IT administrator notices that the HR AI Agent is taking autonomous actions they want to review first — they set the trust level to "supervised," and from that point on, any action the agent proposes appears in the pending approvals queue for human sign-off before proceeding.

Mobile App Support — workforce apps accessible from any mobile device

Employees and managers can now access a broad range of MangoApps Workforce apps directly from their mobile devices through a native mobile web experience. The mobile layer covers apps including Forms, E-Signature, Onboarding Hub, Inspections, Safety Hub, Surveys, Recognitions, Policy Hub, SOP Hub, Shift Marketplace, Timekeeping, and more — each with a mobile-optimized layout designed for on-the-go use. OTP login support makes secure access simple for frontline and field workers, and time clock webhook support enables mobile-based clock-in and clock-out workflows.

Use case: A field technician receives an inspection form on their phone, completes it on-site using the mobile-optimized interface, and submits it — all without needing to return to a desktop or log into a separate system.
