AI Writing Profiles & AI Writer — AI-powered writing style profiles for on-brand employee communications

Teams that produce regular internal communications — announcements, newsletters, policy updates — often struggle to maintain a consistent voice across authors. AI Writing Profiles let users upload sample content (emails, posts, memos) and have the platform analyze their writing style, extracting tone, vocabulary patterns, and structural preferences. Those profiles are then available in the AI Writer tool, where users can generate new drafts that match the established voice, adjust tone through a dropdown control, and translate content as needed. A weekly digest email keeps users informed of their profile activity and available usage.

Use case: A communications manager maintains a writing profile built from past company announcements — when drafting a new all-hands update, they select their profile in AI Writer and receive an on-brand first draft in seconds rather than starting from scratch.
