AI Reporting Agent — natural language workforce reporting with scheduled delivery

A new AI Reporting Agent app enables users to create custom reports across employees, attendance, performance, and shifts by describing what they need in plain language. The agent uses semantic schema matching to translate natural language queries into structured data pulls — no SQL or manual configuration required. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically on a recurring basis and delivered via email, SFTP, or webhook, making it straightforward to keep stakeholders informed without manual effort.

Use case: An HR director wants a weekly summary of overtime hours by department — they describe the report in plain English, set a Friday morning delivery schedule, and the report arrives in their inbox automatically each week.

Employee Resignation Workflow — structured resignation submission and approval for HR teams

Employees can now submit formal resignation requests directly through the platform. The request is routed to their manager, department head, and HR for review, with each stakeholder able to approve or reject the resignation and add notes. Notifications are sent at each stage, and approved resignations feed directly into the offboarding process — reducing manual handoffs between systems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks when an employee departs.

Use case: An employee submits their resignation two weeks in advance; their manager receives a notification, reviews the request, approves it, and HR is automatically prompted to begin offboarding — all without a single email chain.

My Rewards Dashboard with Equity Integration — full compensation visibility including equity grants from Carta

Employees can now view a My Rewards tab in their performance dashboard that consolidates their total compensation in one place, including salary, bonuses, and equity grants synced directly from Carta. The integration supports stock options, RSUs, ESPPs, performance shares, and phantom stock — each with vesting schedule detail. This gives employees a clear, current picture of their complete compensation package without needing to log into a separate equity platform.

Use case: A software engineer wants to understand the current value of their RSU grants relative to their base salary — they open the My Rewards tab and see a breakdown of all equity and cash compensation in a single view.
