Product Update - December 09, 2025

EEO-4 Compliance Reporting — EEO-4 workforce compliance reports for state and local government

State and local government employers can now generate EEO-4 compliance reports directly within the platform. The new report includes government job function classification for each employee, a bulk update workflow for classifying large workforces at once, and a dedicated view for identifying employees with missing classifications before submission. This removes the need for manual data exports and spreadsheet-based EEO-4 preparation.

Use case: An HR director at a county government agency needs to file their annual EEO-4 report — they can now classify employees by government job function in bulk, identify any gaps, and generate the report without leaving the platform.

Pay Grade Management & Comp-Ratio Analytics — pay grade assignment and compensation ratio analysis for pay equity

Compensation managers can now define pay grade bands, assign employees to grades, and view comp-ratio analytics across the organization. Comp-ratio — the ratio of an employee's actual pay to the midpoint of their pay grade — is calculated automatically and displayed in both individual profiles and aggregate analytics views. This gives HR teams the data they need to identify and address pay equity gaps without manual spreadsheet work.

Use case: A compensation manager preparing for a merit cycle can review which employees fall below 80% comp-ratio and flag them for above-average increases before the cycle opens.

Available in: Merit and Compensation → Pay Grades → Grade Assignments & Analytics

Surveys App — employee surveys with anonymous feedback, heatmaps, and AI analysis

A new Surveys app is now available, giving admins a dedicated tool to create structured surveys, distribute them to employees, and analyze results in depth. Responses can be collected anonymously, results are visualized as heatmaps for quick pattern recognition, and an AI-powered analysis layer surfaces themes and sentiment from open-ended feedback. Survey sharing settings allow admins to control access, set availability windows, and generate public links when needed.

Use case: An HR team running a quarterly engagement survey can distribute it to all employees, collect anonymous responses, and get an AI-generated summary of the top themes — without exporting data to an external analytics tool.

Available in: Surveys → Survey Management → Results & Heatmap
