Automated Reference Checking — structured reference questionnaires for hiring teams
Recruiters can now send structured reference questionnaires directly to a candidate's listed references, who complete them through a branded self-service portal — no account required. The platform handles automated reminder emails, tracks response status, and aggregates all reference feedback in one place for the hiring team to review. This eliminates manual follow-up and gives recruiters a consistent, auditable record of every reference check.
Use case: A recruiter sends reference requests to three contacts for a finalist candidate — each reference receives a link, completes the questionnaire on their own time, and the recruiter sees all responses aggregated on the candidate's profile without any manual chasing.

Background Check Integration (Checkr) — initiate and manage background checks from the candidate profile
Employers can now initiate background checks directly from a candidate's profile using a Checkr integration, without switching to a separate system. The integration supports the full adjudication workflow — from order placement through results review and adverse action — with built-in FCRA compliance support and a complete audit log of every action taken. Additional providers (Sterling, HireRight) are supported through the same integration framework.
Use case: An HR coordinator opens a finalist's profile, clicks "Run Background Check," selects a package, and submits the order to Checkr — results flow back automatically, and the adjudication decision is logged alongside the candidate record.

Candidate Assessments & Employee Referral Platform — skill assessments and employee referrals in one recruiting workflow
Hiring teams can now send skill assessments to candidates using configurable assessment templates, with automated email delivery and response tracking built in. Separately, employees can submit referrals through a dedicated referral portal, track the status of their referrals, and see bonus eligibility — while HR teams manage referral programs, bonus structures, and overall referral pipeline from a central dashboard.
Use case: A recruiter attaches a technical assessment to a candidate in the pipeline — the candidate receives a link, completes the assessment, and results appear on their profile alongside interview feedback. Meanwhile, an employee who referred the candidate can see their referral's progress in the employee portal.

Interview Self-Scheduling — candidates self-book interviews based on real-time interviewer availability
Recruiters can now generate shareable scheduling links that allow candidates to pick their own interview time based on live interviewer availability — eliminating back-and-forth email coordination. The feature supports panel interviews with multiple interviewers, syncs confirmed bookings to Google and Outlook calendars, and detects scheduling conflicts automatically. Recruiters retain full visibility into all bookings and can manage availability windows per interviewer.
Use case: After a phone screen, a recruiter sends a candidate a scheduling link — the candidate picks a time that works, the panel interviewers' calendars are updated automatically, and the recruiter receives a confirmation with no manual coordination required.
