Classifieds: Contact Methods, Location Filtering & Photo Thumbnails — internal employee marketplace with location and contact options

Classified listings now offer structured contact methods — email, phone, or SMS — so buyers know exactly how to reach a seller without relying on internal messaging. Listings can be linked to a business location and shoppers can filter the browse page by location, making it easier to find local items or services. Sellers can also designate a primary thumbnail photo, giving listings a polished, consistent appearance in search results and galleries.

Use case: A warehouse employee posts a used tool for sale, selects "Phone/SMS" as the contact method, links the listing to their site location, and marks the clearest photo as the thumbnail — buyers at the same location filter to find it instantly.

Pension Eligibility & Contribution Tracking — employer pension contribution rules and per-period reconciliation

Benefits admins can now configure employer pension contribution rules — fixed percentage, employer matching, or fixed dollar amount — and the platform automatically tracks both employee and employer contributions on a per-pay-period basis. YTD summaries and annual cap enforcement are built in, and a reconciliation report surfaces variances between expected and actual contributions for audit and payroll alignment. Employees have a dedicated pension contributions view showing their full contribution history and running totals.

Use case: A benefits administrator sets up a 5% employer match rule for the company pension plan; at month end, the reconciliation report highlights any periods where remittances diverged from the calculated amounts, saving hours of manual spreadsheet work.

Workers' Compensation Leave Compliance Report — WCB and workers' comp absence reporting with CSV export

Leave admins now have a dedicated Workers' Compensation tab within Leave Compliance Reports. The report aggregates all WCB and workers' compensation leave requests across the organization, displaying employee information, absence start and end dates, and hours worked during the absence period. Admins can narrow results by date range and location, and export the full dataset to CSV for submission to insurers, auditors, or payroll teams.

Use case: An HR manager preparing a quarterly workers' compensation audit filters the report to a specific facility and date range, then exports the CSV to attach directly to the insurer's claim submission — without manually compiling data from individual leave records.
