Performance Cycles — Organize employee review campaigns into named cycles

HR administrators can now create named Performance Cycles to organize and manage review campaigns across the organization. Each cycle can hold multiple review configurations — covering different review types such as annual, mid-year, or project-based — and administrators can trigger bulk review creation for all employees in one action rather than setting up reviews individually. This eliminates the manual overhead of coordinating review seasons and ensures every employee is included consistently.

Use case: An HR manager setting up the annual performance season creates a "2026 Annual Review" cycle, attaches separate manager and peer review configurations, then auto-creates reviews for all active employees in a single click.
