Advanced Survey Result Filters — deeper segmentation for employee survey analysis
Survey administrators can now filter results across four additional dimensions — Manager, Tenure Bracket, Employee Type, and Performance Tier — on top of the existing department and location filters. Heatmap views have been extended to support segmentation by manager, tenure, and employee type as well, making it easier to identify patterns across workforce segments. This is especially useful for organizations running engagement or pulse surveys who need to understand how sentiment differs across seniority levels, employment categories, or reporting chains.
Use case: An HR business partner running a quarterly engagement survey can now compare scores between new hires and tenured employees, or isolate results for a specific manager's team, without exporting data to a spreadsheet.

Anniversary Roster in Recognition Manager — plan work anniversary recognition for company events
Recognition managers now have a dedicated Anniversary Roster view inside the Recognition Manager dashboard. The roster shows employees with upcoming work anniversaries, supports filtering by milestone year (e.g., 5-year, 10-year), and can be exported to CSV. An upcoming anniversaries sidebar widget rounds out the feature for at-a-glance planning. This makes it straightforward to prepare targeted recognition moments around all-hands meetings, company retreats, or quarterly townhalls.
Use case: A People team lead preparing for an upcoming company all-hands can pull the roster of employees hitting 5- and 10-year milestones in the next 30 days and export the list for the event planner.

Interview Guides — reusable interview templates for consistent hiring
Recruiting teams can now create and manage Interview Guides — centralized, reusable templates that capture gold-standard questions for a role or interview stage. From any guide, interviewers can generate a Question Set tailored to a specific candidate or interview, with support for adding, removing, and reordering questions. This replaces ad-hoc question lists with a structured library that ensures every candidate is evaluated consistently and that institutional knowledge is preserved across hiring cycles.
Use case: A talent acquisition lead creates an Interview Guide for senior engineering candidates, then generates a Question Set for each upcoming interview panel — ensuring every interviewer covers the same core competencies without coordinating separately.

Service Desk Service Departments — segment your help desk by business function
Service Desk can now be organized by Service Department — predefined business functions such as IT, HR, Finance, or Facilities. Each department can have its own SLA overrides, and a department lens filter is available across all major views including the ticket queue, management dashboard, service catalog, and analytics. Departments are managed through a dedicated settings tab with full CRUD support. This gives larger organizations a way to operate function-specific help desks within a single platform without losing cross-department visibility.
Use case: A company running IT and HR help desks in the same Service Desk instance can now configure separate SLA targets for each function and give department managers a filtered view of only their tickets.
