AI-Powered PDF Form Field Detection — Automatically extract form fields from uploaded PDFs

Forms and Inspections admins can now upload any PDF document and let Reducto AI automatically detect and extract its fields, generating a mapped digital form template in minutes. The side-by-side comparison view lets admins review the detected fields against the original PDF and adjust mappings before publishing. In the other direction, existing inspection templates can now be exported as filled PDFs — including custom OSHA template mappings that allow businesses to link their own PDF formats to standard OSHA forms.

Use case: A safety manager uploads an existing paper inspection checklist as a PDF, and the platform automatically generates a digital inspection template with all fields pre-mapped — eliminating hours of manual form rebuilding.
