When creating an onboarding plan, HR admins can now trigger an AI-powered compliance analysis that cross-references the employee's location against regional regulatory requirements. The analysis surfaces missing mandatory forms that must be completed, as well as optional compliance documents recommended for that region — all within the onboarding plan creation wizard. This eliminates the manual research burden of tracking jurisdiction-specific requirements across a distributed workforce.
Use case: An HR admin onboarding a new hire in California runs the compliance check and immediately sees that a state-specific wage notice and arbitration agreement are missing from the plan — both are added in one click from the compliance library.

Multi-Step Email Sequences for Sourcing Campaigns — automated candidate outreach and pipeline nurturing sequences
Recruiters can now build multi-step automated email sequences directly within sourcing campaigns, enabling structured outreach programs without manual follow-up. Each sequence supports configurable send delays between steps, two sequence types (cold outreach and pipeline nurturing), and smart stop conditions — including candidate reply, email open, bounce, status change, or manual unenrollment. Sequences can be triggered manually or automatically based on candidate actions, and an optional AI-powered personalization setting tailors message content to each recipient.
Use case: A recruiter sets up a five-step cold outreach sequence for a hard-to-fill engineering role — the sequence automatically stops for any candidate who replies, while continuing for the rest, with no manual intervention required.
