EPMS 1:1 Meetings in Calendar View — see scheduled 1:1 meetings on the employee calendar
Employees and managers can now see their EPMS 1:1 meetings directly on the main calendar view by enabling the new '1:1 Meetings' filter checkbox. Previously, performance-related meetings lived only within the EPMS module; they can now be surfaced alongside all other calendar events for a unified view of the workday. This helps employees and managers stay on top of upcoming check-ins without switching between modules.
Use case: A manager with back-to-back 1:1s scheduled for the week can now see them alongside team meetings and shifts in a single calendar view, making it easier to plan the day without opening the EPMS module separately.

Public Shareable Service Desk Case View — share support case status with external users without requiring login
Support agents can now generate a public shareable link for any service desk case, allowing external or unauthenticated users to view the case status and key details without needing a MangoApps account. Sensitive information is automatically hidden from the public view. This is particularly useful for organizations that work with vendors, contractors, or customers who need visibility into support requests without being added as platform users.
Use case: An IT support agent resolving a hardware issue for a contractor can share a public case link so the contractor can track progress and resolution status in real time, without needing to create an account.
