Former Employee Document Portal — self-service document access for former employees after offboarding

After an employee is offboarded, they still need access to pay stubs, W-2s, and other personal HR documents — often for months or years. The Former Employee Document Portal gives terminated employees a dedicated, secure self-service portal where they can log in with their personal email, download pay stubs, tax forms, and HR files, and submit requests for AI-generated experience letters. HR teams can configure how long portal access remains active, set token validity windows, and control which document types are available — all from the admin settings panel.

Use case: A former employee needs their W-2 in February. Instead of contacting HR, they log into the former employee portal with their personal email and download it directly — no ticket, no wait.

Market Compensation Management with AI Suggestions — AI-powered market pay band management by pay grade

HR and compensation teams can now manage market compensation ranges directly within the platform, scoped to each pay grade. Admins can define minimum, midpoint, and maximum market bands, import and export ranges in bulk via CSV, and trigger an AI-powered suggestion that automatically proposes competitive market ranges based on the job title and location associated with each pay grade. These market bands feed directly into compensation recommendations and merit planning, giving managers and HR a data-backed reference point when evaluating pay decisions.

Use case: A compensation analyst needs to refresh market ranges for 40 pay grades. She exports the current ranges to CSV, updates them from external survey data, reimports in one step, and uses the AI suggestion feature to fill in gaps for newer roles where no external data exists.
