Ask AI in Slack and Microsoft Teams — AI workplace assistant inside Slack and Teams chat
Employees can now use Ask AI from Slack and Microsoft Teams. In Slack, they can type /mango ask, send the bot a direct message, or @mention it. In Teams, they can use a 1:1 chat, /mango ask, or an @mention. Ask AI gives the same answers it gives inside MangoApps. When a request would change something, such as submitting time off or updating a record, it shows an Approve or Decline card, and nothing changes until the person approves it. In shared channels, personal questions and requested changes move to a private chat so other members don't see them. Admins turn this on for each connection, and it is off by default.
Use case: A retail associate asks in Teams, "How many PTO hours do I have left?", gets the answer in the chat, and then submits a time-off request by tapping Approve on the card.

Interactive Cards in Claude and ChatGPT — Approve and review workforce tasks from Claude and ChatGPT
The MangoApps connector for Claude and ChatGPT now shows interactive cards inside the chat. Before any change goes through, an approval card shows exactly what will happen. Other cards show My Day, your review queue, campaign coverage and your schedule. The connector offers a curated set of tools built around everyday frontline work, along with ready-made workflows such as starting a shift, manager approvals and time off. Tenant admins can now turn AI assistant connectors on or off themselves, and every change is recorded.
Use case: A store manager working in Claude asks what is waiting for review, sees the submitted work on a review-queue card, and approves it on an approval card without opening MangoApps.
Available in: MCP & External AI Connectors → Admin → Connectors
Service Desk Tickets in AI Home and Catch Me Up — SLA alerts for IT and HR help desk tickets
AI Home and Catch Me Up now include Service Desk tickets, not only approvals. Tickets assigned to you appear under "Waiting on you" if they are past their SLA, due within two hours, or still waiting for a first reply. Admins also see summaries of unassigned and overdue tickets. Each summary opens the ticket list filtered to exactly those tickets, and the filtered list can be exported to CSV. Catch Me Up counts tickets the same way as the Service Desk dashboard widget, on desktop and on mobile.
Use case: An IT support agent opens AI Home in the morning and sees that two assigned tickets will breach their SLA before lunch, so they handle those first.
Available in: Service Desk → AI Home → Waiting on you
