Frontline Execution: Scheduled Release Cadence — Automated campaign scheduling with approval gates for frontline teams

Campaign managers can now configure a weekly or daily release cadence for Frontline Execution campaigns, replacing ad hoc manual launches with a predictable schedule tied to each tenant's local time zone. Campaigns with a future release date appear on a new release calendar view showing their scheduled, draft, or approval status at a glance. Before a campaign goes out, teams can require a publication approval step — the system routes the campaign through a configurable workflow, tracks every review action with a full version history, and holds delivery during admin-defined blackout windows. A built-in Release Readiness panel flags common authoring issues (missing descriptions, outdated dates, zero target locations, pending translations) inline as the author works, and a new AI-powered Editorial Lint button checks writing against the tenant's content standards and glossary — with bounded link verification — before submitting for approval.

Use case: A retail operations director schedules next Monday's store task campaign on Friday afternoon; it routes to their communications manager for approval, is held from delivery during the Saturday blackout, and goes out automatically at the configured release hour without any follow-up action required.

Go1 Partner Courses in Training — Take external partner courses without leaving the platform

Employees assigned to Go1 partner courses can now launch and complete them entirely inside MangoApps. The Go1 player opens in a full-viewport, chrome-free experience — no competing sidebar or page frame — with a slim exit bar that lets learners close the course and return to their learning record. Progress syncs at two natural moments: when the learner opens the course and when they exit, so completions and status updates reach the training record reliably even if the browser tab is closed rather than exited through the button. The integration correctly maps enrolment status (not started, in progress, completed) and score from Go1's API, and degrades gracefully if the partner service is temporarily unavailable rather than showing a broken page.

Use case: A new store associate assigned a Go1 food safety certification opens it from their MangoApps training list, completes the module in full screen, and sees their assignment marked complete without any manual entry.

AI Home: Action History and Snooze — Full audit trail and flexible deferral for AI-recommended actions

AI Home now provides a dedicated resolved-history page where managers can review every action the system has previously surfaced — approvals processed, follow-ups completed, items dismissed — so nothing is lost once it leaves the active queue. Alongside the history view, each active item now supports a per-item snooze that defers it for a chosen period without permanently dismissing it; snoozed items return to the queue automatically when the snooze expires. Follow-up items gain a complete lifecycle: create, snooze, complete, or dismiss from a single detail panel, with accurate counts and filters reflecting the true state of the queue at any moment. AI Home also now appears in the sidebar for faster access.

Use case: An HR manager spots that three pending approvals were handled last week but wants to confirm the details — they open resolved history, review each action with its timestamp and outcome, and close the view confident the record is complete.
