Frontline Execution Day Sheet & Reviews — Daily task view and manager oversight for frontline operations

Frontline workers now have a structured Day Sheet that collects all of their campaign assignments for the day in a single view, with clear completion status and any proof or geofence requirements surfaced inline. Managers gain a dedicated Reviews page where they can reassign items, record blocked-worker reports, and close out campaigns — replacing ad-hoc coordination with a formal oversight loop built into the platform. Completion gating with training prerequisites is also now enforced, so workers cannot mark an obligation done until any linked training course has been completed.

Use case: A facilities manager reviews the morning Day Sheet, sees that a technician is blocked on an HVAC inspection, reassigns it to an available worker, and closes the loop from the Reviews page — without leaving the app.

Before/After Photo Submissions in Contests — Paired photo format for showing employee work transformation

Contest organizers can now configure a contest to accept paired before/after photo submissions rather than a single image. Both photos are displayed side by side in the contest gallery with Before and After labels, giving judges and colleagues a clear picture of the work that was done. A partial upload — where only one photo arrives — degrades gracefully to a standard single-image card, so no entry is lost because of an interrupted upload. The format is available as a new contest template in the frontline programme preset.

Use case: A field service team runs a "Best Repair of the Month" contest where technicians submit a photo of the fault and a photo of the fix — judges can evaluate the quality of the work, not just the finished result.

Verified Credentials CSV Export — Export employee certification records for external training systems

Admins can now export a CSV from Skills & Certifications that lists every verified employee credential — skills, certifications, and licenses — along with expiry status for each record. The export is scoped to verified holdings only, so the output reflects actual confirmed qualifications rather than self-claimed skills. The expiry status column is included explicitly, making it straightforward to identify lapsed certifications before feeding the data into an apprenticeship programme, a regulatory compliance report, or an external training-record system.

Use case: An HR administrator downloads the verified-credentials export before a compliance audit, immediately seeing which employees hold current certifications and which have lapsed — without manually cross-referencing employee profiles.
