Power Tables — typed data tables at database scale inside MangoApps

Power Tables is a new marketplace app that gives teams a real structured data backbone — not a spreadsheet, but a proper typed database table inside MangoApps. Each table is backed by Postgres with typed, indexable columns and scales to millions of rows. Admins can define columns (text, number, date, people, and more), import data from CSV or Excel, set validation rules, track row history, and expose data via a REST API. Saved views let different teams filter and sort the same table for their own needs without duplicating data.

Use case: An operations team maintains a vendor database in a spreadsheet today — they import it into Power Tables, define column types and validation rules, and give each department a saved view filtered to the vendors they manage, all without leaving MangoApps.

Live Boards — real-time leaderboards, KPI tiles, and data charts for digital signage and dashboards

Live Boards is a new marketplace app that connects to Power Tables data and renders it as always-current visual displays: ranked leaderboards, KPI stat tiles, bar charts, and line sparklines drawn from nightly snapshot history. Boards surface on personal dashboards, the MangoApps mobile app, full-screen Present mode for large monitors, and Digital Signage screens — with name masking built in for public displays. A playlist feature lets screens rotate through multiple boards automatically, and boards can be embedded outside MangoApps via a secure public URL.

Use case: A sales team runs Live Boards on lobby screens showing the current leaderboard from their CRM data imported into Power Tables — updated nightly without anyone touching a slide deck.

Ideas: Bulk Import from CSV or Excel — migrate your existing idea backlog without manual re-entry

Admins can now upload a CSV or Excel file to import up to 2,000 ideas at once into the Ideas app. The importer resolves author emails to platform users, maps ideas to the correct stage and campaign, and back-dates submission timestamps from the source file — so the historical record stays intact. A round-trip export was also added: the existing row-per-idea export now includes all fields needed to re-import a file as-is, making it straightforward to move data between environments or archive and restore an idea set. Duplicate detection runs on title so re-uploading a file never creates duplicates, and no notifications are sent during the import.

Use case: An HR team tracks employee suggestions in a Google Sheet today — they export it to CSV, upload it to the Ideas app, and all 800 ideas appear with original authors and submission dates preserved, ready for the team to begin voting and review.
