Supply Order Approval & Vendor Purchase Order Dispatch — end-to-end procurement workflow for supply orders

Supply orders previously had no actionable UI for managers — orders sat in "submitted" with no way to approve or reject them from the order page itself. That gap is now closed. Managers and procurement admins can approve or reject supply orders directly from the supply order detail view, with approval automatically generating one vendor purchase order per supplier and dispatching it via email. Requesters now see a real-time panel listing every generated PO with its status and amount, and a link through to the PO detail page, so there is no ambiguity about what happens after approval.

Additional controls for BCEHS-style ordering workflows include per-SKU station limits (maximum units per order and per period), minimum order quantity enforcement at cart add time, and a user-facing budget alert when a cart would breach the approved budget — instead of a server error. Tracking number and carrier information now surface on the employee "My Orders" view once a vendor ships.

Use case: A facilities manager approves a supply order for cleaning equipment — vendor POs are created automatically and emailed to each supplier, and the requester sees shipping tracking information without having to follow up manually.

Configurable AI Image Visual Styles — brand-consistent AI-generated images across the platform

AI-generated images in broadcasts, the communications hub, and thumbnail generation now support named visual styles — such as photorealistic, illustrated, or brand-specific treatments. Platform admins can set a default visual style per business from a new admin UI, and individual surfaces (broadcasts, comms hub posts) can override the default at generation time. The chosen style is persisted on each record so regenerated images stay visually consistent. This gives organizations meaningful control over how AI-generated visuals represent their brand rather than relying on unpredictable model defaults.

Use case: A corporate communications team sets their default AI image style to "clean, photorealistic" so every auto-generated thumbnail in their broadcasts matches the visual language of their brand guidelines, without manual editing after generation.

Available in: Ask AI → Admin Settings → Image Style Preferences; also applied automatically in Broadcasts and Communications Hub

Camera-First Media Inbox with GPS Auto-Attach — mobile photo capture that files itself automatically

Frontline workers can now open a dedicated camera-first inbox on their mobile device to capture photos directly — without navigating through a media library first. Captured images are queued in the inbox and, when a GPS match is confident enough, automatically attached to the relevant record (an inspection, incident, site, or other subject) via an auto-attach service that runs in the background. Photos that cannot be confidently matched stay in the inbox for manual filing. Each image also receives a capture-time stamp embedded before EXIF data is stripped, giving supervisors an auditable timestamp on every photo. Progression and time-lapse viewing of sequentially captured images at the same location is supported from the media lightbox.

Use case: A field technician photographs equipment on site — the platform automatically attaches the photos to the open inspection report for that location based on GPS, and the audit trail shows the exact capture time, without the technician selecting any records manually.

Available in: Media & Content Library → Camera Inbox → Auto-Attach
