Mango Spend — Expense management for the entire workforce

Mango Spend is a full expense management application now available inside MangoApps. Employees can capture receipts on mobile or forward them to a personal inbox address, with AI automatically extracting vendor, date, amount, tax, and category. Reports move through a configurable multi-level approval workflow, and finance teams can reimburse via payment batches that export to ADP, Gusto, Paychex, or a generic payroll CSV. For organizations with corporate cards, Plaid integration brings automatic transaction feeds and line-by-line reconciliation. Approved reports push directly to QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or Sage Intacct through the built-in accounting sync — no manual re-entry required. Spend policies enforce per-category caps, duplicate detection, and missing-receipt rules at submission time, and employees can configure scheduled auto-submit so drafts never sit idle at month end.

Use case: A field employee photographs a gas receipt on mobile, it lands in their draft report with vendor and amount pre-filled, gets approved by their manager that afternoon, and posts to the company's accounting system before end of day — all without leaving MangoApps.

My Team Org Chart — Scoped reporting-tree view for every employee

The Team tab now surfaces a "My Team" view that roots the org chart at the current user's manager and renders the full subtree — showing the user's peers, their own position, and their direct reports — in a single, focused view. Previously, employees had to open the full company org chart, search for themselves, and manually expand branches to see the same information. The view is available to any employee who has a manager or manages others, with no additional configuration required.

Use case: A team lead preparing for a 1:1 opens My Team to quickly review which direct reports they manage and who their peers are in the department, without scrolling through thousands of org chart nodes.

Profile Tab Visibility Controls — Hide unused employee profile sections company-wide

Admins can now disable entire profile tabs — Personal Info, Employment, Compensation, and Compliance — from the Employee Data Management standard fields page. Hidden tabs disappear from the sidebar for all employees and redirect to Overview if accessed directly. This complements the existing per-field toggle: when every field in a section is turned off, the card now collapses automatically rather than rendering a blank panel. The setting is stored per business and defaults to all tabs visible, so existing configurations are not affected.

Use case: A company that manages compensation outside MangoApps can hide the Compensation tab entirely, keeping employee profiles clean and focused on the fields their HR team actually uses.
